DAMASCENA ROSE PLANTATION

The beautiful 400-acre bio rose plantation of Rozara Group is located in the village of Bunovo – at the heart of the authentic Bulgarian Rose Valley. In the foot of the southern slopes of the Balkan range – a region with over 300 years of traditions in the cultivation of the world-famous Damascena rose and in the collection of wild herbs, this teeming land is constantly illuminated by the sun.

In this unique location and with highest professional expertise we grow, hand-pick and process bio oil-yielding roses, from which we produce some of the highest quality rose oils, containing the impressive 24% of Geraniol (one of the most important flavor components in defining the quality of the rose oil) with 19% average for the country. Here we also collect some of the finest wild-growing Bulgarian herbs.
