Built in 2009 within the boundaries of Rozara Estate, the Srednogorska Roza Distillery integrates the time-tested traditions of Bulgarian rose oil production, dating back 3 centuries ago, into the most advanced and innovative technologies for water and steam distillation. The qualified team of expert-technologists of Srednogorska Roza produce high quality floral and herbal oils and blend tested recipes for the perfumery, cosmetics, pharmacological and food industries. All Bulgarian rose oil produced in the distillery is certified by the Bulgarian National Research and Certification Institute.
